Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media + UI/UX + Web Development)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and versatile professional who can handle graphic design, social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and UI/UX design with website development. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and marketing insight to build strong brand presence and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Develop brand identity elements including logos, color schemes, and layouts
• Design banners, ads, and promotional content

Social Media Marketing:

• Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule posts and maintain consistent brand voice
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow audience

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (organic & paid)
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics
• Track performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI

UI/UX & Website Development:

• Design user-friendly website layouts and interfaces
• Improve user experience through research and testing
• Develop and maintain websites (WordPress or custom)
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and performance optimization

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and UI/UX
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Experience with social media management tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Understanding of SEO and digital analytics tools
• Strong communication and time management skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Basic video editing and motion graphics
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
