Ardurra is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to join our Marketing Team!

Primary Function
The Graphic Design Manager oversees the daily operations of the Graphic Design team and ensures the delivery of high‑quality, brand‑aligned visual materials. Sitting within the Marketing team, this role manages Designer workload, supports project execution, and partners closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other departments to meet organizational design needs. The Manager helps drive and maintain brand standards, provides hands‑on creative guidance, and supports the development of consistent corporate visual identity and shared design assets across the organization and its platforms.

Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to physical hazards. The role may involve occasional standing, walking, or handling items up to 20 pounds, but is largely focused on computer‑based tasks at a workstation or desk.
