Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to own our visual identity and social presence. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, combining design, content creation, and digital marketing strategy. If you’re equal parts creative and organized—and love craft beer—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required)
• Plan and execute 2–4 social media posts per week across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Manage and optimize Meta and social media campaigns, including boosted posts and ad performance
• Own and manage digital advertising strategy and budget, promoting events, seasonal releases, and key announcements
• Capture and produce in-house content (photo/video experience is a strong plus)
• Partner with Sales and Restaurant teams to deliver creative assets (digital + print) on tight timelines
• Juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand voice

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is non-negotiable)
• Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
• Understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and audience engagement
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Photography/videography skills are a bonus

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
