The Graphic Designer will develop high-quality visual content that strengthens the brand
presence of NXTPRO Sports across social media platforms. Reporting to the Media Manager,
this role will design graphics for NXTPRO Sports internal needs, the @Pro16League,
@NXTPROHoops, and @Pro16Girls, along with athlete and program-specific asset requests.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative work that enhances
engagement, drives growth, and supports marketing objectives.
Roles & Duties (how to reach the break-even point):
● Design static and motion graphics for social media campaigns including game promotions, athlete announcements, recruiting spotlights, event coverage, and brand storytelling.
● Work on an in-office schedule in Oklahoma City as part of the NXTPRO Media team.
● Support weekend content production during peak tournament season, including real-time event coverage and timely posting needs.
● Participate in domestic travel for select events, tournaments, and content activations as assigned.
● Adapt assets for various social formats and aspect ratios, including Instagram Feed, Stories/Reels, and Twitter posts.
● Maintain an efficient production workflow in a fast-paced sports content environment.
● Develop and evolve templates that streamline frequent content types and ensure a consistent posting cadence.
● Maintain organized digital file systems for version tracking and asset archiving.
● Collaborate with marketing, social media, and video teams on creative campaign ideation and execution.
● Operate on a NXTPRO provided laptop and creative software in compliance with company policies for brand security and asset management.
Production Expectations:
● Delivery of assets within defined deadlines and revision expectations.
● Measurable improvement in engagement on Pro16 League, NXTPRO Hoops, and Pro16 Girls social channels.
● Successful execution of design templates that improve team efficiency.
● Creative innovations that elevate brand identity and campaign performance.
Qualifications (previous, current, and future):
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
● Minimum 2–3 years designing for sports, entertainment, or social-first brands.
● Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Motion-graphics experience with After Effects and/or Premiere strongly preferred.
● Demonstrated ability to design for Instagram and Twitter platform standards.
● Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and a high attention to detail.
● A portfolio showcasing graphics is required.
● Must be able to relocate to OKC.
Compensation Structure:
● Base Salary: $40,000
