Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging and innovative designs for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.
• Liaise with external printers to ensure quality print materials are produced.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Maintain consistency and brand identity through all visual outputs across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
• Ensure completed designs meet specified quality standards and project deadlines.
• Adapt and optimize designs for various formats such as social media and web content.
• Manage multiple design projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Work closely with copywriters to align visuals with written content for cohesive campaigns.
• Create and maintain a library of digital assets for use in future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Solid understanding of visual composition and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across various media types.
