Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics that communicate our brand's message effectively.

Marketing

· Assist in planning and executing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns such as events, brochures, flyers, and outdoor advertising.

· Coordinate with printing houses, suppliers, and production vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.

· Support the development of marketing strategies for physical touchpoints including but not limited to sales lounges and events.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all printed and offline channels.

· Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, launches, and exhibitions.

· Track campaign performance and gather feedback for future improvements.

Graphic Design

· Design a wide range of printed collateral including brochures, flyers, catalogs, invitations, giveaways, signage, and various other marketing materials.

· Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across all platforms.

· Prepare print-ready files and manage the pre-press process with vendors.

· Adapt existing artwork for different offline media formats when necessary.

· Stay up to date with trends in print design, materials, and finishes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
