About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic & Motion Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll create visually compelling, brand-consistent marketing materials that showcase Datamatics’ vision and offerings across various platforms. You’ll also leverage AI-powered design and video tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, landing pages, and social media creatives, in line with brand guidelines.

Create impactful marketing presentations (PPTs) to simplify and visually communicate complex ideas.

Produce and edit videos, including motion graphics tailored to campaigns and products.

Use AI-based tools to enhance design, video editing, and motion graphics for faster, high-quality output.

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging digital and print assets.

Contribute to UI design for web and digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Maintain consistency in style, colors, typography, and imagery across all creative work.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art or equivalent.

At least 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.

Strong grasp of typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.

Hands-on experience with AI design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly).

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
