About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic & Motion Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll create visually compelling, brand-consistent marketing materials that showcase Datamatics’ vision and offerings across various platforms. You’ll also leverage AI-powered design and video tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, landing pages, and social media creatives, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create impactful marketing presentations (PPTs) to simplify and visually communicate complex ideas.
  • Produce and edit videos, including motion graphics tailored to campaigns and products.
  • Use AI-based tools to enhance design, video editing, and motion graphics for faster, high-quality output.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging digital and print assets.
  • Contribute to UI design for web and digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Maintain consistency in style, colors, typography, and imagery across all creative work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
