About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer with a background in sports to join our creative team. You will be responsible for leading the design of social media updates for our signed athletes, creating unique print branding collaterals for our sports teams, and designing high-quality internal sales decks to support sponsorship pitches. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for JSW Sports, its teams, and signed athletes, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Design unique branding collaterals for teams like Haryana Steelers, Bengaluru FC, Soorma Hockey Club, and Pretoria Capitals across digital and print formats.
• Develop high-impact sponsorship decks and sales presentations to support business development and partner outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to produce engaging content, including banners, brochures, and event signage.
• Stay ahead of design trends in sports branding, typography, and visual storytelling to ensure fresh and innovative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in sports branding, digital media, and print design.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with leagues like PKL, ISL, IPL, WPL, SA20, and HIL.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects efficiently.
