The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Chicago team. Reporting to the Head of Events, you’ll bring visual storytelling to life across event branding, signage, digital assets, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns. This is an in-house role for a junior–mid level designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for live events, from concept through final delivery.

- Develop visual identities for new projects, ensuring brand consistency.

- Produce artwork for signage, swag, stage design elements, and print collateral.

- Create digital/social graphics that bring campaigns to life.

- Support pitch decks and case study development with strong layouts and visuals.

- Work closely with the events and production teams to align design with creative direction.

Requirements

- 1–4 years professional design experience, ideally in events, branding, or creative agency work.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design skills a plus.

- Strong sense of typography, color, and composition.

- Portfolio showcasing creative, innovative work across both print and digital.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.

- Based in Chicago (no relocation).

Compensation

- Base salary: $55,000 – $68,000 per year (depending on experience).

- Annual Bonus.
