Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visual content for various platforms including digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for design and ability to communicate visually.

Responsibilities :

Design and produce a wide range of visual assets including:

Social media graphics

Website banners and layouts

Brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials

Logos, branding elements, and presentations

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all media.

Revise and refine designs based on feedback and creative direction.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Experience with digital and print media design.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original work.

Attention to detail, creativity, and strong time management skills.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic web design is a plus.

Animation or video editing experience (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to take constructive feedback and improve upon it.

Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
