JobTitle :Graphic Designer

Reporting to :MarketingManager

Objective Summary:

To conceptualize and create visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role contributes to enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and customer experience through creative design solutions.

Principle duties

Creative Design & Development:

  • Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, website, and print materials.
  • Develop brand visuals, layouts, and templates ensuring consistent brand identity.
  • Work on product packaging, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.

Planning & Scheduling:

  • Plan and prioritize design projects based on campaign timelines and team requirements.
  • Maintain a content/design calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of time and resources for multiple projects.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually appealing design outputs.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and media agencies for production requirements.

Content & Campaign Support:

  • Design creatives for advertising, promotional campaigns, and events.
  • Adapt and repurpose designs for multiple channels (online & offline).
  • Support video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia projects when required.

Innovation & Brand Development:

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve visual storytelling and engagement.
  • Ensure designs align with the overall marketing and brand strategy.

File & Asset Management:

  • Maintain a library of design templates and assets.
  • Organize and archive design files for easy reference and reuse.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of design outputs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience :Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).

Key Skills

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – Advanced
  • Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro – Intermediate
  • Canva / Figma, 3D max – Intermediate
  • MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) –Intermediate orBasic

Other Skills

  • Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.

Language Skills: Strong Written and Verbal Skills in Malayalam and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
