Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our real estate team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing visually appealing marketing materials and producing engaging video content to promote our properties and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Edit property videos, promotional films, and social media reels with high-quality storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding materials aligned with company objectives.
• Develop eye-catching motion graphics and animations to enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure all designs and videos are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design and video ideas.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
