Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Branding Machines Operator to join our team. This hybrid role requires both creative design skills and technical expertise in operating branding machines (e.g., UV printers, laser engravers, pad printers, heat press, etc.). The ideal candidate will develop high-quality designs and ensure accurate and efficient branding of promotional and corporate gift items.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design visuals for corporate gifts, packaging, marketing materials, and promotional items.

Prepare mockups and client previews based on product templates and specifications.

Ensure brand consistency and quality across all designs.

Collaborate with sales and production teams to understand client requirements.

Modify and finalize artwork based on client feedback.

Branding Machine Operation:

Operate and maintain various branding machines (UV printer, laser engraver, pad printing, heat transfer, etc.).

Set up artwork files for production and ensure accurate positioning and sizing.

Conduct test prints and quality checks to ensure branding meets required standards.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.

Monitor inventory of branding materials and report supply needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Experience operating branding equipment is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent software.

Basic technical knowledge of branding techniques and file preparation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field.

Prior experience in the corporate gifts or promotional products industry.

Knowledge of color profiles, vector artwork, and material compatibility.
