Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Motion Designer to join our creative team. This is a senior-level role for someone who is first and foremost a Motion Graphics Designer , with strong animation and graphic design abilities, and working knowledge of video shooting, editing and photography .

You’ll be responsible for crafting high-impact motion visuals and brand assets that elevate digital storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphic Design

• Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics and explainer videos
• Work on UI animations, product visuals, social ads, and promotional content
• Translate scripts and ideas into dynamic motion storyboards and final animations

Graphic Design

• Create brand-aligned visuals: icons, layouts, presentations, digital ads, print ads etc.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language across all media
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams

Video Editing/Shooting

• Capture creative video and photography content for the company requirements
• Edit and assemble high-quality video content for social media, ads, promos, and presentations
• Work with raw footage to create polished short-form and long-form videos
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound, and color correction

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in animation and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics, visual design work, live action video/photography
• Deep understanding of animation principles, design composition, color, and typography
• Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally

Tools You Must Know

• Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve (a plus)

Nice-to-Haves

• Edit footage into short-form, videos, engaging content (reels, promos, etc.)
• Experience with 3D tools
• Familiarity with UI/UX animation principles
• Sound design
• Capture short video clips or photos for company use
• Handle basic on-site shoots when needed (camera, lighting, framing)
