Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality, visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
- Develop engaging banners, brochures, posters, email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices.
- Innovate and experiment with design techniques to boost engagement and visual impact.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in a digital marketing agency is a strong plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
- Working knowledge of design tools like Figma and Canva.
- A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital creatives, branding, and marketing materials.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color psychology, typography, and user-centric design.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, social media trends, and performance-driven creative development.
