Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand) depends on your experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing marketing materials for builders and developers, including brochures, banners, and other promotional artwork. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral for real estate projects
• Design artwork aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives
• Ensure all designs are production-ready and meet deadlines
• Review and edit designs based on feedback
• Maintain organized files and adhere to project specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically for builders and developers
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and coraldraw)
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for typography, layout, and color
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and time management skills
