Job Profile

Graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualizing and Creating Visual Designs:

  • Develop design concepts based on project requirements, while ensuring alignment with the client’s company identity and vision.
  • Create visual content for various mediums (print, digital, web, social media, etc.).

2. Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with the marketing, communications, and management teams from each company within the group to understand their specific goals and design needs.
  • Ensure that each design aligns with the overarching goals of the group, whether it's increasing brand visibility, improving customer experience, or promoting a specific product or service across the group.

3. Designing for Different Business Segments:

  • Each company within the group may serve different industries or markets. The designer must tailor the visual design for each company's target demographic.
  • Design for both online and offline channels (websites, print materials, advertisements, email campaigns, etc.) ensuring that each platform is optimized for its intended audience.

4. Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously:

  • Given that a group of companies typically involves many different marketing campaigns, product launches, and events, the designer must be skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Develop a streamlined process for handling requests from various departments and prioritize design work based on company needs and timing.

5. Customizing Templates and Assets:

  • For ease of use by other teams, develop branded templates (for presentations, email marketing, social media posts) that can be easily customized across the group, ensuring that they remain aligned with each company’s brand identity.
  • Organize and maintain a central repository of design assets (logos, images, icons, etc.) that can be accessed and used consistently by different teams.

6. Supporting Marketing and Advertising Campaigns:

  • Design creatives for various advertising and promotional campaigns (both digital and traditional media), ensuring the messages align with each brand’s strategy.
  • If a campaign spans multiple companies within the group (e.g., a joint promotion or event), the designer needs to create cohesive designs that represent all the involved brands while keeping each identity intact.

7. Collaboration with External Vendors or Agencies:

  • For multinational groups, a designer may need to adapt designs for different regions, taking into account cultural nuances or language differences while staying true to the brand identity.
  • If the group works with external agencies, printers, or other vendors, the designer may be responsible for liaising with these partners to ensure high-quality production of materials.

8. Creative Direction and Innovation:

  • Periodically refresh the visual identity of the companies within the group as needed to keep the brands current and competitive in the market.
  • Provide direction on creative projects, offering innovative solutions to meet business goals and ensure the designs stand out in the market.

9. Developing and Managing Digital Assets for Each Company

  • Collaborate with web developers to design user-friendly and visually appealing websites or apps for each company. This includes layout design, navigation, and graphics that align with the company’s branding.
  • Design assets for social media profiles and campaigns, ensuring each company has an engaging and consistent presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic designing.
  • Excellent knowledge in Adobe Suite
  • Excellent communication in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
