Job Title: Graphic Designer (Preferably Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital, print and social platforms. She will be responsible for bringing ideas to life that effectively communicate our brand identity, enhance marketing efforts, and engage our audience. This role is well-suited for a creative professional with strong design expertise, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media posts, packaging, print materials, and presentations.
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual content that maintain consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize creative strategies and campaigns.
• Create and finalize artwork for production, ensuring all designs meet technical requirements and brand standards.
• Brainstorm and contribute fresh, innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill and design versatility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience in creating social media content and packaging designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing or UI/UX design.
• Understanding of branding, marketing strategies and consumer engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
