About Magneq:

At Magneq, we’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on online grocery delivery. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity through high-performing social media ads and campaign creatives.

About the Role:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand message across multiple platforms — digital and print. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-impact creatives.

Responsibilities:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally for D2C or eCommerce brands.
• Design packaging labels, bags, marketing collaterals , paid social media ad creatives (static & video-based a big plus), blog featured posts and website banners.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva; motion design (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles.
• Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing, ad performance metrics, or Meta ad specs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
• Edit and retouch product images as needed.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail and creativity are a must.
• (Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or UI assets is a plus.
