Role Overview

We’re hiring a UI/Graphic Designer to lead end-to-end UI design for web and mobile applications and produce engaging static and video content for social media. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering to ship high-quality, developer-ready designs and brand-consistent creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma for web and mobile.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and style guides.
• Prepare developer-ready specs, redlines, and exportable assets; support smooth design-to-dev handoff.
• Produce platform-specific social media creatives (static and short-form video) optimized for performance.
• Adapt designs across sizes/ratios, maintain brand consistency, and run quick iterations based on feedback.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect execution across devices.
• Manage assets, version control, and organize files for cross-functional visibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in UI design for web/mobile plus social media design; portfolio is mandatory.
• Proficiency with: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Strong fundamentals: typography, color, layout, grids, spacing, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, component libraries, Auto Layout, and prototyping.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working onsite during night shift.

Nice to Have

• Motion and video editing (After Effects and/or Premiere).
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
