Graphic Designer

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Typically 2-5 years (or more, depending on seniority) of combined graphic design + UI design work, preferably on digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design (branding, marketing collateral, social media) and UI design (apps, websites, prototypes).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and aesthetic usability.
• Knowledge of basic front-end constraints is a plus (HTML/CSS, interacting with developers etc.).

Skills & Competencies:-

• Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, composition.
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication: ability to explain design decisions to non-designers.
• Time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset; ability to adapt designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Proactive learner: keeps up with new design trends, UI patterns, tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
