We are now looking for a Graphic Designer who is highly skilled in long-format documents design such as proposals and RFPs and can bring structure, consistency, and creativity to professional business documents while also contributing to marketing and digital design needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format long-format documents such as proposals, RFPs, capability statements, reports, and pitch decks (70–100+ page documents).
• Use Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat Pro to create clean, professional, and brand-consistent layouts.
• Apply style sheets, grids, and master pages to ensure design efficiency and consistency across all deliverables.
• Ensure all documents are both print-ready and digital-ready with correct bleeds, margins, and export settings.
• Maintain and update InDesign templates, style guides, and asset libraries for recurring use.
• Collaborate with proposal writers and subject matter experts to integrate text, charts, infographics, and imagery.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback while managing multiple deadline-driven projects.
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, and brochures when required.
• Stay up to date with design trends and leverage AI tools to improve design efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat Pro (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with long-format business/professional documents (70–100+ pages).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
• Proficiency in Photoshop (for image editing) and Canva (for quick marketing materials).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience designing for tech or SaaS companies.
• Understanding of social media visual strategy.

​​Work Schedule:

While you’ll enjoy overall flexibility in managing your workday, availability is required for team meetings and collaboration between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
