Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Brand and Creative Management
- Develop and maintain brand identity: Design, evolve, and govern the company's corporate branding and identity across all channels, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date brand guideline.
- Lead creative development: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact graphics, layouts, and creative assets for both digital and physical applications, including in-store displays, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Innovate with new technologies: Research and propose creative ideas and trends, including leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI, augmented reality (AR), and interactive content for future campaigns and projects.
- Create multi-platform content: Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets such as social media graphics, digital ads, video storyboards, menus, brochures, and other media that effectively convey a message and align with business objectives.
Digital Marketing and Strategy
- Manage digital campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, ensuring seamless, consistent messaging.
- Analyze and optimize performance: Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates), and provide actionable insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Implement personalization: Utilize data to develop and execute personalized marketing experiences for different customer segments, enhancing engagement and brand loyalty.
- Stay ahead of digital trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing software, tools, and platforms, including AI-powered solutions for content creation, workflow automation, and data analysis.
Collaboration and Project Management
- Manage the marketing calendar: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all project and campaign deadlines are met on time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations) and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with overall business goals.
- Drive solutions: Provide creative and strategic solutions for all branding and design requirements across all company outlets.
- Maintain digital asset libraries: Organize and manage all digital and physical marketing files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Confidentiality and Professionalism
- Adhere to the Company’s Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy as defined in the Employment Contract.
- Execute any other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

- UI/UX Design Platforms: Proficiency in collaborative design tools like Figma or Sketch is essential for creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for digital products.
- Motion Graphics: Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion design software is highly valued, given the demand for animated social media content, explainer videos, and interactive ads.
- 3D Design: Familiarity with 3D modeling software like Blender or Cinema 4D is a growing asset for creating immersive assets for AR/VR experiences, product visualizations, and dynamic branding.

- Industry Experience: Proven experience in graphic design within the food and beverage hospitality industry is a must. The candidate should demonstrate a clear understanding of branding for restaurants, cafes, and related F&B outlets.
- Creative Problem-Solving: The ability to translate complex business objectives into effective visual solutions. This includes thinking strategically about design to solve client or user problems.
- Data-Driven Design: Skills in using analytics to inform design decisions, understand audience behavior, and optimize performance for digital assets.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: The design landscape changes rapidly. A critical skill is the ability to adapt to new software, trends, and technologies, particularly the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in design.
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for presenting concepts to stakeholders and collaborating with marketing, sales, and development teams.
- Project Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
