The IT Department needs a person into hardware and comfortable with flexible working hours + 2 years minimum experience in the same field.The ideal candidate will be<ul><li>User Support: the point of contact for staff tech issues (Help Desk).</li><li>Hardware &amp; Setup: Setting up workstations, fixing laptops, installing printers, and terminating network sockets.</li><li>Systems &amp; Software: Managing user accounts and installing OS/software.</li><li>Site Maintenance: Checking CCTV, managing equipment repairs, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi/networking.</li><li>Logistics: Gathering quotes from suppliers, picking up items when needed, and keeping our equipment inventory organized.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a direct IT Support role.</li><li>Flexibility: Willingness to travel between sites and be available for occasional after-hours support if an operational issue pops up.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
