Position Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the creative vision and execution of media and advertising campaigns. In this role, you will design and produce compelling visual assets that enhance brand presence, engage customers, and align with business objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Media & Advertising, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative across in-store signage, digital, print, and social channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets strategy. We are looking for someone who can help elevate our creative capabilities and contribute to building a best-in-class marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets across print, digital, in-store, social, and event channels, ensuring consistency with visual identity and brand standards.
  • Translate campaign objectives into visually compelling executions that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriting, marketing, and merchandising teams to align creative with business priorities.
  • Support the development of advertising materials, including signage, promotional assets, and visual merchandising elements.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality control across all creative deliverables, from concept to final production.
  • Partner with external vendors and production teams to ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback and continuously improving design output.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Contribute to innovation by experimenting with AI design studio tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.
  • Flex and contribute to ad hoc design and creative requests driven by evolving business priorities, demonstrating a team player mindset and collaborative approach

Working Relationships: Collaborate closely with growth, digital, brand, PR, communications, merchandising, FP&A, fuel, store operations, and other support divisions.


Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Preferred Education:

N/A

Minimum Experience:

5 years of professional design experience.

Preferred Experience:

6-10 years in an in-house creative or agency setting.

Licenses/Certifications:

Soft Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in design across print and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Microsoft Office including Power Point.
  • Skilled in using AI design studio tools for rapid versioning and efficient multi-format adaptation.
  • Attention to detail with strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy ensuring designs are not only visually compelling but also functional, legible, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for branding and storytelling through design.


Other Requirements:

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Hours & Conditions: Typically Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days, 4 days per week in office with opportunity for 1 flex day from home per week contingent on job performance/business needs

Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
