What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to bring Highfy’s brand to life across every visual touchpoint. If you know your way around Adobe like it’s your second home and can balance creativity with clarity — this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities Brand Design & Consistency

• Create visually compelling assets for social media, website, email, ads, packaging, and more
• Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries within the brand system
• Evolve and refine Highfy’s visual identity as we grow

Marketing & Campaign Assets

• Design digital and print materials for product launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
• Work with the marketing team to translate briefs into polished, high-converting creatives
• Prepare pixel-perfect, production-ready files

Content-First Design

• Collaborate with content, social, and performance teams to deliver designs optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, and more
• Understand platform-specific best practices, from aspect ratios to attention-grabbing thumbnails
• Design with storytelling in mind, not just aesthetics

Creative Collaboration

• Take feedback like a pro and collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, and photographers
• Work within timelines and manage multiple projects with speed and attention to detail
• Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions and content planning

What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (After Effects is a big plus)
• A solid understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding
• Experience designing for e-commerce, social media, and paid performance creatives
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space

Experience

• 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
• A portfolio that shows range: social media graphics, ads, campaign visuals, brand systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related or a portfolio that speaks louder
