Job Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in website mockups, UI/UX design, page layouts, and CTAs to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behavior, and can translate business goals into visually engaging and conversion-driven designs. You will collaborate with the marketing, development, and product teams to create modern, user-friendly, and brand-aligned digital experiences.

You must be creative, analytical, and user-focused, with a proven ability to design layouts and interfaces that increase engagement, improve usability, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design website mockups, wireframes, and page layouts with a strong focus on usability and brand consistency.
• Create UI/UX design elements, including navigation menus, buttons, forms, and CTAs that enhance user journeys and conversions.
• Develop visually appealing landing pages optimized for performance, readability, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to bring designs from concept to execution.
• Ensure all designs follow modern web design principles while maintaining responsiveness across devices.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging design trends and UI/UX practices.
• Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes for feedback and revisions.
• Work with content creators to design graphics, infographics, and featured images for blogs, websites, and campaigns.
• Optimize designs for speed, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all digital assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX and website mockups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website layouts, mockups, and interactive designs.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
• Experience designing high-conversion CTAs, landing pages, and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in web design.
• Ability to work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
