Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer to join our growing web development team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in WordPress who is eager to build professional websites, solve technical problems, and work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and senior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Write and maintain clean, well-structured code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Support in creating responsive layouts using Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
• Perform basic SEO optimization, security updates, and content edits.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement engaging and functional web interfaces.
• Help with site migrations, backups, and basic server configurations.
• Stay updated with WordPress trends and contribute ideas for site improvements.

Job Requirements:

• 0.5–2 years of hands-on experience with WordPress development.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with WordPress theme structure, plugin use, and page builders.
• Knowledge of responsive design and browser compatibility.
• Understanding of basic SEO and performance optimization practices.
• Ability to work in a team and take guidance from senior developers.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, FTP, and cPanel is a plus.
• Good communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills.
