We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development, with a focus on creating and maintaining WordPress sites. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a keen eye for design and user experience. You will be responsible for developing high-quality websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and functional web interfaces.
• Implement responsive web design to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
• Optimize websites for SEO best practices and performance enhancements.
• Manage website hosting environments, including database administration using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git and SVN for code management.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work within Agile methodologies using tools like Jira and Trello for project management.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually enhance skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL for effective web development.
• Experience with frameworks such as Docker, Spring Framework, Django, Angular, React, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with content management systems like Drupal and e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of web services including RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and AJAX.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles and application development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for streamlined deployment processes.
