About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience, specializing in social media content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, scroll-stopping designs tailored for different platforms, ensuring brand consistency while keeping up with the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

l Design visually appealing and brand-aligned social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (X).

l Adapt designs into various formats (static, GIFs, short motion graphics) optimized for different platforms.

l Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered within deadlines.

l Stay up to date with social media design trends and competitor strategies.

l Create templates and style guides for consistent brand messaging across all channels.

l Work on ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

l Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

l Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed University

l Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio focused on social media content.

l Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva (Figma is a plus).

l Understanding of social media best practices (aspect ratios, file formats, trends, and platform-specific guidelines).

l Experience with basic video editing/motion graphics for reels, shorts, or ads (preferred).

l Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail.

l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.

Timing: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM

Location: Hybrid Media works, First Floor, Plot # 176 Korang Road, near Rahat Bakers, I-10/3, Islamabad.
