Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer is responsible for the production of all graphics work and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the specified requirements, ensuring that the hotels style and Hilton brand standards are maintained.

What will I be doing?

Responsible for the formatting and creation of visual images and copy using computer-assisted programs. Create stimulating and appealing visual images and copy which is in keeping with the established Hilton brand standards and the hotels style in different mediums and fulfilling various needs of both departments and outlets alike. Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in creating a tangible aspect to the services of the hotel through the creation of specific market collateral and artwork. Work in tandem with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create a unified and distinct visual style of the hotel.

QUALITY

• Design and produce a wide range of print materials, including brochures, menus, notebooks, flyers, banners, and packaging.
• Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Edit and produce videos for marketing, events, and internal communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output.
• Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all creative materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in designing print materials (brochures, menus, notebooks, flyers, etc.).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of print production processes and preparing print-ready files.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
