Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with a strong fashion background and a flair for creativity and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded design skill set across e-commerce, social media, static design, and video. This role is based full-time in our Dubai office and requires hands-on experience designing for fashion or beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality creative assets across digital platforms (website, e-commerce, social media, emailers, paid media).
• Design marketing materials for campaigns, look books, store visuals and signages, packaging, and events.
• Create engaging static and motion content tailored to social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and retail teams to deliver brand-consistent designs.
• Manage end-to-end creative processes from concept development to final execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in fashion, design, and digital media, applying them to LC’s brand identity.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to a cohesive visual identity.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of design experience in fashion or beauty brands.
• Proven portfolio showcasing creative, fashion-forward design work across digital and print.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience designing across static, video, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media best practices.
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Arabic language.
