Job Description – Graphic Designer

Location: Anna Nagar East, Chennai (Near Anna Nagar East Metr

Experience : 5 years

Salary: ₹30,000 per month (based on market standards)

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design Development

• Conceptualize and design posters, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing content for both print and digital platforms.

Social Media Content Creation & Management

• Design creative assets for posts, stories, and advertisements across social media channels.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding and timely posting.

Document Design & Formatting

• Design and format registration documents, official forms, and templates.
• Maintain professional aesthetics for all corporate documents.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure alignment with company branding guidelines across all materials.

Software Proficiency

• Work efficiently with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Use Canva and other design tools for quick and effective outputs.

Collaboration & Feedback

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and documentation teams.
• Present ideas, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.

Research & Trends

• Stay updated on latest design trends, social media algorithms, and competitor visuals.
• Keep designs innovative and fresh.

Time & Project Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Maintain a library of design templates for recurring use.

Required Skills:

• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• CorelDRAW
• Strong creativity & attention to detail

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (UG) in Computer Science/Design/Multimedia or related stream.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
