Position 1: Graphic Designer – Mid Level

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Focus: Package Design, Branding & Social Media and Print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative and production-ready packaging designs for various products (labels, boxes, pouches, retail displays).

Create and maintain brand identity assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and corporate collateral.

Design engaging social media creatives and digital ads that align with the brand’s voice and goals.

Prepare packaging dielines, final artworks, mockups, and prototypes for approval and production.

Research industry trends in packaging, branding, and social media design.

Work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs are practical, on-brand, and high quality.

Manage revisions and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Oversee multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines.

Provide guidance to junior designers when needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in package design, branding, and social media design.

Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and social media projects.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D mockup tools is a plus.

Understanding of social media design trends and formats for various platforms.

Strong knowledge of print production, materials, and finishes.

Excellent sense of color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Good communication and time-management skills.
