Your Mission

The purpose is to create and provide quality designs or quality check the existing designs for the customer that will result in an excellent looking printed product, without errors and gets a good return on investment for them. Production of aesthetic, effective designs that duplicate both the customer’s wants and good marketing; They will be both for offset and digital printing (typically variable).

Schedule

• This is a full-time office position
  
• Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm with 1 hour for lunch
  

Compensation

• Pay is based on experience
  

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• AMAZING application of graphic design skills, ensuring all technical and aesthetic elements are followed in regards to proofs and artwork.
  
• EXCELLENT grasp of Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Need to know all terms related to graphic design and the specific printing terms used here at PostcardMania.
  
• Able to design based off customer requests
  
• MUST have graphic design experience, knowledge of design elements, technical elements, and be able to set up art correctly so that it will print with no errors.
  
• Experience in print design a must, minimum 2 years hands-on experience.
  
• An Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design is desirable but not required.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
  
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
  
• Detail oriented and organized.
  
• Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers.
  
• Ability to coordinate data coming from various sources.
  
• Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out!
