Job Summary
We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Content Producer to drive the creative vision behind NearU’s marketing campaigns. In this role, you will design and produce compelling video, print, and digital assets that attract customers, increase engagement, and build brand awareness across all marketing channels.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, and regional leadership teams to concept and execute content that is on-brand, keyword-driven, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate is versatile, fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, and passionate about producing high-quality creative work across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and optimize videos for social media, YouTube, web, and CTV.
• Design print and digital assets including direct mail, display ads, and event materials.
• Collaborate with SEO to integrate keywords and trends into creative content.
• Partner with regional directors to execute marketing promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multimedia content creation experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both video storytelling and graphic design capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for producing high-quality marketing content.
