Graphic Designer

Design & Development of Creative Assets

● Create social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, and product

packaging.

● Design marketing collaterals (flyers, leaflets, and other promotional materials).

● Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

2. Digital & Print Marketing Support

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging designs for:

● Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms and formats (digital, print, web,

etc.).

3. Event & Presentation Materials

● Develop creative assets for events, exhibitions, and presentations.

● Ensure high-quality output with a focus on typography, color balance, and layout.

4. Trend & Innovation

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

● Continuously enhance the quality and impact of designs.

5. Project Management

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

● Meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

● Proficiency in:

○ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

○ CorelDRAW

● Strong understanding of:

○ Branding

○ Typography

○ Color theory

● Ability to:

○ Manage multiple projects

○ Deliver creative solutions within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

● Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related

fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
