Job Description: Graphics Designer

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics,
and the ability to create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand
identity. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to
deliver impactful designs for both digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visual assets including social media creatives, advertisements,

infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Develop branding elements such as logos, typography, and design guidelines.
• Create engaging UI/UX design elements and visuals for websites, apps, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design visuals that align with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and meet quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience of 1-2 years in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
