Criteria Requirement

Experience : 2–3 years in graphic design

Age : Up to 25 years

Gender : Male only

Education : Graduate (any relevant discipline)

Work Location : Pitampura, Delhi

Responsibilities

Design and create visual content for educational / training programs (e.g. flyers, brochures, social media graphics, banners)

Work on digital and print assets

Collaborate with the education / training teams to understand their design needs

Ensure consistent visual branding and quality in all designs

Make edits / revisions as needed based on feedback

Ensure deadlines are met and design deliverables are of high quality

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent)

Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory

Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs

Attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to take feedback

Other Information

Salary: As per company policy / market rates (you may want to specify a range)

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

Reporting To: Design Head / Manager – as specified by company
