Job Title: Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their digital marketing career who has an interest in design, content creation, and digital media production.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Support

• Assist in creating engaging visual designs for social media, posters, ads, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos such as reels, promotional clips, and social media content under guidance from the team.

Videography

• Support video shoots inside the office for team highlights, culture videos, etc.
• Assist in on-site videography for property showcases

SEO & Digital Campaigns (Support Role)

• Learn and assist with basic SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
• Support the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.

Content Creation

• Help plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule and post content consistently across channels.

UI/UX Design (Introductory Level)

• Assist with basic user interface design and user experience improvements for websites or landing pages.

Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and design.
• Share creative content ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

What We're Looking For

• Basic experience or familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Beginner-level video editing skills (e.g., using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Interest or some hands-on experience in videography (both indoor office shoots and property/real estate shoots).
• General understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Willingness to learn and explore UI/UX design (tools like Figma or Adobe XD are a plus).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and a creative mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player eager to grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
