Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design: Develop engaging designs for digital platforms including social media posts, ads, thumbnails, and banners.
• Brand Identity: Work on brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and video editors to bring concepts to life.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, styles, and tools to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Multi-format Designs: Create graphics suitable for reels, stories, carousels, presentations, and more.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to relocation to Bangalore.
