Graphic Designer

Key responsibility:

1. Design staff uniform concepts, including shirts, trousers, jackets, and accessories, tailored to client specifications and branding guidelines.

2. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand branding requirements, industry standards, and functional needs of staff uniforms.

3. Create detailed technical sketches and mood boards for approval.

4. Develop visual branding elements for uniforms such as logos, embroidery placements, and color schemes.

5. Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing, considering fabric, cut, and printing/embroidery techniques.

6. Prepare detailed design files and specifications for production.

7. Develop mockups and prototypes to present to clients.

8. Maintain consistency in design quality and branding standards across multiple projects.

9. Stay updated on trends in workwear and corporate uniforms to suggest innovative design ideas.

10. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.

- Proven experience in designing clothing or uniforms, preferably for corporate or industrial clients.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating clothing design, branding, and technical sketches.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw).

- Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and embroidery/printing techniques.

- Creativity with an eye for detail and practicality.

- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

- Ability to translate branding concepts into wearable designs.
