Fashion Designer

• Position: Fashion Designer – Modest Wear (Luxury Segment)

Key Responsibilities

• Design exclusive collections for modest wear, aligned with luxury fashion trends and cultural values.
• Strong artistic sense and hands-on understanding of embroidery craftsmanship.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings tailored to modest fashion aesthetics.
• Create original embroidery design drawings and collaborate with artisans to ensure accurate execution.
• Select premium fabrics, embellishments, trims, and embroidery techniques.
• Work closely with the pattern and production teams to bring designs to final samples.
• Participate in fittings and adjust designs to ensure perfect fit and finish.
• Monitor and research luxury modest wear trends regionally and globally.
• Support seasonal campaigns, fashion shows, and editorial projects.
• Maintain brand consistency through all design phases.

• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Fashion Design or a related field (Bachelor’s is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years in a fashion boutique, preferably in luxury wear
• Strong portfolio showcasing original designs, including embroidery and modest fashion pieces.
• Proficient in embroidery design, embellishment planning, and fabric coordination.
• Ability to draw and render embroidery details accurately.
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, detailing, and garment construction.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and fashion CAD software.
• Knowledge of modest wear principles and luxury fashion standards.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be based in Bahrain
