Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in design, eager to learn, and passionate about creating engaging visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Support the design team in preparing drafts, mockups, and final creatives.
• Contribute ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Adapt existing designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply them creatively.

Requirements and skills:

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• knowledge regarding design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma).
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• A portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal design projects (mandatory).
• Good communication and willingness to learn in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback positively.
