Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign), motion graphics, and familiarity with emerging AI design tools. You will play a key role in shaping brand identities, creating engaging marketing visuals, and producing impactful motion graphics for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with brand strategy.
• Design marketing collaterals such as social media creatives, brochures, packaging, pitch decks, and digital ads.
• Create engaging motion graphics, video animations, and explainer videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
• Use AI-powered design tools to optimize workflows and enhance creativity.
• Work on branding projects, including logo design, visual identity systems, and style guides.
• Stay updated with design trends, video editing techniques, and motion design innovations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and digital advertising requirements.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based design implementation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
