Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop engaging and professional graphic designs for real estate listings, promotional materials, advertisements, social media content, brochures, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the target audience, campaign goals, and project requirements. Collaborate with sales and real estate agents to create visual materials for specific properties.
• Photo Editing: Edit and enhance real estate photography to create high-quality images for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Website and Digital Media: Design website banners, email templates, and social media posts to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Marketing Materials: Create print-ready materials, including brochures, flyers, and signage, for real estate events and property showings.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Stay Current: Keep up with design trends and real estate industry standards to deliver fresh and relevant designs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, property marketing, or related industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with web design and knowledge of web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) is a plus.
• Photo manipulation and retouching skills for real estate photography.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (particularly in real estate or property marketing) is required.
