About the Role

We’re looking for a designer who sees design as leverage — a way to shape how the world sees us, tell sharper stories, and move people to act.
From websites and social campaigns to print collateral and quirky merch — you’ll define how the world experiences FlytBase.

This isn’t a pixel-pushing role. It’s a high-agency design position where you’ll conceptualize, experiment, and ship creative work to a global audience — fast. You’ll jam with AI tools daily, turning rough ideas into sharp executions in hours, not weeks.

What You’ll Do

AI-Native Design
Leverage the latest AI tools — Midjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Veo 2, and more — to generate, iterate, and refine world-class visuals.

Multi-Channel Creative
Design across digital (websites, social media, presentations), physical (booths, print collateral), and branded merch (stickers, apparel, coasters, etc.).

Cross-Functional Translation
Turn complex drone automation and product concepts into clear, communicative, and visually engaging graphics.

Enterprise Storytelling
Use visual narratives and product imagery to help enterprise customers quickly understand the value of FlytBase.

3D & Motion
Create 3D renders, animations, and motion graphics that elevate campaigns and brand storytelling.

Systemized Design
Build scalable design systems, reusable brand components, and AI-powered workflows that speed up creative production across teams.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in AI-first design workflows
• Experience building scalable brand frameworks and reusable assets
• Ability to blend AI and no-code tools to accelerate design and content generation
• Skilled across 2D, 3D, motion, and print
• Strong visual sense — typography, layout, composition, and motion
• Thrive in high-speed, ownership-driven environments
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and execution velocity
• Experience in video generation and editing is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
