Graphic Designer

About the Role

Own end-to-end design for social media and product UI. You will ship scroll-stopping posts and stories, build clean UI, and turn ideas into Figma prototypes that development can deliver. The split is roughly 50 percent social design, 50 percent UI/UX.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Design

• Produce daily assets, carousels, shorts thumbnails, story sets, ad creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube.
• Maintain brand kits, grids, color, type systems, create reusable templates.
• Adapt concepts to each platform’s ratios and specs.
• Light motion graphics for reels and app micro-demos.
• Partner with the marketing team on briefs, copy, and posting calendars.

UI/UX

• Map user flows, wireframe low-fi, design high-fi screens in Figma.
• Build components, auto-layout, variants, tokens, and a simple design system.
• Prototype interactions, run quick usability tests, turn feedback into iterations.
• Prepare developer-ready files with specs and annotations, support handoff.
• Design with accessibility in mind, WCAG 2.1 AA.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 plus years in graphic design and UI/UX, portfolio that shows both.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and iconography.
• Expert in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, basic After Effects or an equivalent.
• Comfort with responsive web and mobile patterns.
• Clear English, concise file naming, organized layers, reliable delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
