The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communication team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs that align with our brand and mission. A strong focus will be on creating impactful content for social media and digital channels , as well as print and event marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collaterals including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and formats.
• Create engaging designs tailored for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current on design trends, especially in digital and social media, to strengthen our outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing or communications environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of Canva or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience designing emails in Stripo, Constant contact and Marketing Cloud Email-Builder platforms is preferred
• Experience designing for social media campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (social, digital, and print).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
