Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand guidelines and design principles, a proficiency in design tools like Figma, PowerPoint and Illustrator, and a passion for creating visually engaging designs across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

· Branding and Design: Execute creative designs that align with established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral.

· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design and iterate on creative projects such as website assets, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, print collateral and more.

· Project Management: Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

· Portfolio Development: Maintain and update a personal design portfolio showcasing your best work and creative process.

Requirements:

·3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

·Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator (other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and InDesign are a plus).

·Strong understanding of brand development, visual identity, and the ability to work within existing brand guidelines.

·Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating creative work across a variety of formats (print and digital, etc.) and showcasing the ability to create cohesive designs that meet brand guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

·Basic understanding of web design and front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
